Joanne Wolfe Foulk - LHS Class of 1952

Joanne Elizabeth Foulk, beloved mother of Elizabeth Ann Upchurch and Cindy Louise Burt, was welcomed home by our Lord on Monday, Feb. 9, 2009.
In addition to her daughters, she is survived by her mother, Viola Wolfe; a sister, Susan Wolfe Hicks (LHS Class of 1971); a brother, Jerry Wolfe (LHS Class of 1954); six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and seven nieces and nephews.
The award-winning artisan and published horticulturist has added beauty, light and love to the world. Her heart light will continue to glow in each of us who had the privilege of sharing in her life.
Her memorial service will be at 11 a. m. Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009. at Mount Muncie Cemetery, Leavenworth, Kansas. There will be a buffet afterward at I p.m. at the High Noon Saloon, 206 Choctaw in Leavenworth.
