Carol was born May 9, 1938 in Leavenworth the daughter of Leland and Ruth (Martin) Eagles. Her husband of 47 years Larry Slapper (LHS Class of 1958) survives her at the home, they have one daughter, Karla Mines and two grandchildren, Alaina and Noah Mines all of Liberty, MO.
Carol had worked at the Dwight D. Eisenhower Veterans Administration Center in Leavenworth.
No services are planned. The Davis Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
