Tony Bielecki - LHS Class of 1950

Anthony A. Bielecki, 83, of Leavenworth, died, Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at Homestead Assisted Living. He was born on Feb. 20, 1932, in Leavenworth, the son of Anton and Philomena (Szczygiel) Bielecki who preceded him in death.
He is survived by five sisters, Clara Bogner (LHS Class of 1939), Helen Sachs (LHS Class of 1941), Ann Burchett (LHS Class of 1945), Elizabeth Hughes (LHS Class of 1954) and Barbara Richardson(Ralph) (LHS Class of 1956); and many nieces and nephews.
Tony was a member of Saint Casimir Church. He served on the finance council there for many years.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, April 13, 2015, at Saint Casimir Church. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, at the church, with Fr. Phillip Winkelbauer as celebrant. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. Casimir Church. Arrangements in care of R.L. Leintz Funeral Home.
