Barbara Moore Schlonga - LHS Class of 1952

Barbara E. Schlonga, 83, of Texarkana, Texas passed away on Sunday morning, April 9, 2017, at CHRISTUS St. Joseph Village in Coppell, Texas.   
On Easter Sunday evening, April 16, a rosary was recited for her followed by visitation with the family at Chapelwood Funeral Home in Nash, Texas. 
A funeral mass celebrating her life was held on Monday, April 17 at St. Edward's Catholic Church in Texarkana, Arkansas followed by a service at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens in Nash, Texas, where here husband, Robert Leo "Giga" Schlonga was laid to rest in 1996.
The family suggests that donations may be made in her memory to St. Edward's Catholic Church or Randy Sam's Outreach Shelter in lieu of flowers.
