Helen L. Wilber 72 of Leavenworth, died Friday March 25, 2005 at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City , Kansas . She was born February 1, 1933 in Leavenworth.Helen married Stan Wilber (LHS Class of 1951) August 9, 1952 in Leavenworth, he survives at the home, she is also survived by four daughters, Sandra (Lyn) Becker, Tonganoxie, Susan Collins, Lansing, Sheryl (Douglas) Parker, Lansing and Sindy Wilber, Leavenworth, thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Other survivors include three sisters Joann Manley, Leavenworth , Darlene Marshall, Basehor and Pat Henchek, Lansing , she was preceded in death by a brother Richard Thomas. Visitation will be Monday March 28, 2005 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. A funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Rev. Jack Divine Officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery.
