Loretta Fay Benson, of Leavenworth, passed away on Monday, Nov. 24, 2008.
She was born on March 22, 1938, in Columbia, Mo.
She is survived by her son, Bill Bayles; her daughter, Shannon Benson; her grandchildren, Billy Bayles and Jacob Bayles; her siblings, Johnny Brown, Janette Thorne and Rick Brown; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitations will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 1, 2008, at the Risen Savior Lutheran Church, 14308 Fairmont Road, Basehor, KS 66007. A funeral service will follow at the church with a graveside service at 2:30 p.m. at the Leavenworth National Cemetery.
Arrangements entrusted to Davis Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be given to the Risen Savior Lutheran Church.
